-
February 2006
-
Added the weekly news report
from the RCMP.
-
November 2006 -
Due to circumstances beyond our
control, we are changing the
format of our website from the
posting of weekly appearances
and disposition, to that of a
referral and news of interest
site. We have found recently,
that many of the cases heard in
our courts have publication
bans, disclosure, or limited
access applications. Because
we are not lawyers but only
weekly observers, we have
decided to be safe and refer our
website visitors to the
government website rather than
breach the bans etc.
We hope our new format will be
even better and create more
interest for people who want to
come and observe for
themselves.
