Berrow, Gary M. Charged with trafficking in controlled substance. Trial date to be set.

Kerntopf Shelly A. Charged with trafficking in controlled substance. Trial date to be set.

Bidiuk, Stephan G. Seven charges related to trafficking, possession, breaches of undertaking, PSP over $5,000. and criminal harassment. Adjourned to August 6.

Galligos, Jason L. Pleaded guilty to one charge of mischief and one of breach of undertaking; five other charges stayed. Crown attorney noted that the accused had a record in 1999 but substance abuse has brought him back to court now. Quoting from the pre-sentence report Judge Saunderson said it was a refreshing change to note that Mr. Galligos "is not about to blame (his) family." He levied a sentence of eighteen months, suspended, and 75 hours of community service to the Sliammon band. The accused must also write a letter of apology to the chief and band before September 1.

Gaudet, Darryl D. Charges of mischief and PSP over and under $5,000. Crown attorney noted all charges were set for trial on August 27 but all matters would probably be disposed of on that day, and a trial would not be necessary.

Holland, Daniel H. Charged with mischief of $5,000 or under. Adjourned to August 7.

Lipka, Gordon W. Pleaded guilty to mischief. Trial date to be set.

Mason, Sandra D. Charged with assault with a weapon. Adjourned to July 30.
